Lucy Stetson

In developing this series I have decided to use, for all characters (minor and major) beyond a few central ones of my own. I have added DDCC051's Lucy to be one of my main characters. With a bit of a makeover to match (new hairstyle predominantly), she will be heavily involved in my new series. Basically, she is the commandant of the organization, kind of the boss, but, in a way Lucy would be the boss... ;)
