short animated page tutorial

This is a short animation on how I make the animated comic strips. 1. Part I: I make all the shots, and store them in one folder. In this folder there really are just two shots: One still photo, and 24 shots of the animation. I rename the 24 shots so they are easier to keep track of. 2. Part II: I upload all the shots into my preferred software: Gimp. Then I crop every single layer to fit the frame within my comic template. Then I won't have to worry about frames being out of place, or a little off. I save this file as a template, just in case. Part III: After putting every single layer into the page template, and adjusting whatever on every single layer in terms of colour, shadow ect., I save every single as a png-file, named Page 41.1, 42.2 and so on, to have a complete set of pages for creating the gif. Part IV: Uploading all the pages into Gimp, and saving as an animation. Setting the time for each frame so the animation will run at a scensible tempo. There is a lot more inbetween, but just wanted to make a short animation and description of how I work. Feel free to coment, ask, or make suggestions if you have any thoughts at all.
