It seems that Frankie had another idea to increase ratings, although she may regret giving Kaeleigh those headphones and choice of song... A recent addition to the room was changing the background and sky into higher resolution (doubled it) which makes the city-scape and skyline much crisper. I figure that Max will get what is going on here in the dialogue...?
