Fixed the bulbs in the outdoor sign. Here is a preview. I made this by combining all of the layers you saw in tutorial page 1 to make this neon effect. I used Paint.Net for this and used the Gaussian Blur plugin to get the various blurs to make the light effect. I also used the glow plugin to change the brightness of each layer?
