The word of today is:

"boner"

/ˈbəʊnə/ noun

An erect penis. The average male gets 3 a night while you are sleeping. Also known as erection.
It's you penis's version of a thumbs up.
An excellent way of telling a woman that you seriously appreciate her.

The term "boner" came to refer to erections because of Chicagoan songwriter Julian Pigg's hit from 1919, "Henrietta," which contains these lines: "Henrietta, Henrietta, / You've made me a loner. / Now that I am without you, / I've only a boner."
