Sex Scene? OMG!?!?!!?
Alrighty then...before I release my next few pages I always get this question on any story I do.
The question "Will there be a sex scene?"
This is a question I tend to get often because anyone that's seen my work knows it a bit more story based and sex is teased at.
However as I do like my stories rooted at least in a bit of reality as far as relationship goes I'm aware that sex does happen. I am just more of a story person and prefer if I include a scene as such for it to come as a surprise instead of something always expected in my stories at one point or another. Like life in a way I guess.
This one for Doe and the DragonQueen has been interesting as I did release an erotic short story(my first I've wtitten in that style) and now I'm releasing the prequel to it and how their relationship gets to that point.
In all honesty I was deciphering in my mind whether or not I was going to do the scene in comic form or if I'd do it in a video, or do it at all. I'm still at wits end.
Contrary to popular belief however I really don't mind doing sex scenes I just hate dragging them on as I feel personally whenever I've read one or seen one in comic manga form 'usually' after the first few pages I'm more or less waiting for it to end.
Fortunately for me I am very fortunate to be in a community of creators that have made some of the most fantastic ones that never made me feel that way. So thank you guys for being as fantastically creative as you are 
So creating one that actually keeps my own attention and hopefully my audiences and impacts the way I want it to would be a fine challenge for me. But at the same time I don't want that one scene to be all the comic is about or leading to, and the more it flows with the rest of the story the better in my mind and I wouldn't be contemplating it if I didn't think I couldn't fit it in the preface of the story while not making the story all about it in a manner of speaking. I just really don't want to do a powerful story and then lead it into a sex scene that causes things the flow to 'stop' so the sex scene can happen. I want it to flow with the rest of the story. Know what I mean?
It must not be a storyflow that freezes so a sex scene can happen..it must be something that happens and flows with the rest of the story. Your second thought rather than your first thought, and that is a challenge I may...be willing to take.
To me the scene is only going to be as powerful as the things that happened prior or what was built prior or established which is what I hope to do in every story I release, sex scene or no sex scene.
So to answer your question if there will be a sex scene between Serafina and Freyja in the Doe and the DragonQueen.
My answer is a definite....

@LeifWoodman I was considering that. But I decided I'd rather keep them in the same flow of the comic. The only time I'd break from that would be if I was releasing them later in a video (like the upcoming dance battle in "The Date")

@LeifWoodman if you want to throw in one I can always do an extra animation for it =P But that's a far way away as I'm focusing primarily on Doe and DragonQueen right now

I can understand that you don't want a sex scene to " dominate " your story . It happens in the movies all the time . But in the movies , sex scenes are nothing more than a tease because that's all they are allowed to do . We kinda want them to end quickly because the out come is always the same . But what if those scenes could go all the way ? Would it change how we feel about sex scenes . If it wasn't just a tease . Just like how some of us wish porn had a good story ? We can do that here .

You could always put the sex scenes in the "bonus features" on the Blu Ray edition.

I don't do much in the way of hardcore either. My comics are probably more tame than R rated movies. Mostly because the situations haven't called for it. This is the key I think, if the story situation calls for it then here there is no need to fade to black after the first kiss...conversely adding hardcore sex for the sake of it might be titillating but not necessarily what the story requires

I can't believe you wrote all of that @inlovewithh and still end with Wait And See!!!! You are such a tease, and I would fling poo in your general direction....but I want to see how this plays out! Damn You! @Mclain 's comment was on the money! We have the ability here to do both, Great Story and Great sex scene. I am also with @Max_33 in that adding it for titillation sake is not the best either, but if it moves the story forward and is integral to the story, the I say full speed ahead.

I didn't see anyone else bring this up but .............this is a porn site . Sex isn't mandatory but there is an certain expectation . I'm not pressuring anyone into a sex scene because that's wrong . But I'm sure everyone here would welcome a sex scene . Even if the story had to stop for 30 or 40 screenshots . We can pick up where we left off . Isn't that how it works in real life .

Sex scene? Not here, more likely a cannibal holocaust scene! Now that was a creepy movie! Mostly for the animal scenes... Anyways, this new site apparantly has done something to innocent ol you!

Just thought I'd share and get some community opinion ^_^ If I did one it'd have to be along the flow without pausing the story(in my own mind) for the most part.
It's easier to do it in film cause it's a flowing motion and time passes, translating it that way that I want it in comic form is gonna be a challenge if I decide to take it on.
All I'll say is it would be a bit different. Hopefully shall I decide to do it i would translate it properly without taking things away -
Hmmmm , it seems to me that what you're afraid of is taking away from what is really important in the story . I'm certain that if two of your characters are going to have sex it's going to be very important to them ! Character development is always important and a sex scene can be used for character development . Look at Godless and Cally ! Godless is an expert at developing characters through sex scenes . I think a lot of our characters are that much deeper because we are able to show them.....

@inlovewithh OK, yes, this is a 'porn site' but it allows us to tell stories with much more than sex, you do it, I've done it - it's all part of the mix, so if a story includes a bit of naughtiness, fine, but if the story is good and doesn't need it, that's fine too.

You are right to do what feels right with the flow of the story @inlovewithh. After all, despite this site being a born a porn site, it has evolved into so much more with the quality of stories here. What I'm trying to say is GE now goes beyond porn as far as I'm concerned. I like to watch a good erotic scene as much as the next red blooded person, but I still think the plot is far more important and furthermore I shall now stop waffling...I do go on, don't I?
@inlovewithh great post! I have a suggestion: why not have no sex scenes in the story at all, but hint at them, then create the sex scenes separately and release them separately? that way your story flows as you want it too, and we get the hot steamy scenes we all want to see
