It's weird as Thrixxx give a deadline if we don't want to have our account data to be transfered to the new company... I guess you will got this mail soon !

I have to make some search on this new company too, to know who they are and to know what we could hope from them for the future.

@JBRootProd, I never got one, and that's surprising since my account is one of the oldest still active here. A bit insulting to so many of us who have kept this site alive for well over a decade, even in the darkest of times as people have left. They really need to make a formal announcement here. I am not concerned about the permissions to transfer my data to the new owners as long as my privacy is kept in tact and my info is not sold to 3rd parties. BUT they need to contact each member who still has an account here with Thri-xxx and Gamerotica so we are not going to be removed or deleted. and if there is any changes or downloads we need to do when the time comes, they need to inform each and every one of us here. SO a formal announcement is a pretty necessary thing for it's customers and users of the software if they aren't going to contact us individually. Really bizzare that they contacted you with info that we all need to know. Did you send them flowers or some shit? LOL!

@Briar27 , I'm surpized too, I don't know why I get this mail and not other users... I guess you will got one soon, don't forget to verify in spam box.

@JBRootProd, Were you ever a moderator? Or perhaps it has something to do with what country you live in? Maybe they don't like Americans? Or maybe it's my hat? Cowboy style hats tend to piss off some foreigners. Even though I don't live that far South to own one myself. I've never even tried one on and never rode a horse. Only sat on one as a kid for some photos. I'm not only a pose maker, I'm a poser! LMAO!

I've never been a moderator, I've never been a VIP and it must be almost ten years since I've spent a buck on this game.

@JBRootProd, Well at least they told someone something. I'm glad you still log into this site occasionally. Which also makes me wonder why they notified only you? Since you had not even been logging in and posting things anywhere near as much as before. But at least they chose someone (either purposely, or by sheer dumb luck) that still logs into the site and can spread the news even if it's a bit sketchy at best as to what or when or how they intend to proceed from here on out.

@JBRootProd, Then I definitely didn't receive an email about this. Odd since I am still right on the front page of the site quite often with a lot of activity and shared usable content. Oh well. I'm not appreciated I guess after 15+years of service to Thri-xxx and their product. LOL!

The only reason I see is that they should have informed the European members first and the information for the other continents comes later. They should have made an announcement directly here.

@Ivanhoe, I guess as long as that email doesn't require us to do anything to continue using the product then we're alright. But I still want Thri-xxx to send me an email so I know for myself that they got my back. I think they owe us all that courtesy. Don't they have a database of the membership and could forward the email to everyone? instead of one at a time? Lol. Though a formal announcement here on this site would free them from having to go though any of this. Honestly. Word would spread more reliably than them picking and choosing people to contact first or only. What if one of you left and didn't come back onto the site? Know what I mean. None of us would still know what the deal is yet.

@JBRootProd, Anyway, it's good news from what they're telling us. I just hope they inform us the correct way soon with an announcement here on the site itself. You don't need Ai to figure this out guys. Just a couple fingers to type it on the website in a stream post that will show up on our 3DSV2 game log-in home page cover to let us know that we got a new announcement, since the last one was back in 2020 for a valentines day announcement on the game log-in screen.

If it's so, that Americans haven't got the mail, that might due to some legal regulations for transatlantic communication. That may seem unlikely, but I'm just pondering in the air.

@Briar27 I just read in the official thread, that someone who went into their site saw it entirely in Russian. When I peeped in there quickly, I saw most in English (due to my settings I think) but also some in Russian. Brrr...

well I'm not fluent in European surnames..but judging from the last names and pictures ..a bunch of generic Czech tech investors. There are alot of these types of companies that go around buying up old Web based companies and sitting on them. thri.xxx probably put itself up for auction

I got the email too, but I think global announcements and introductions on Thrixxx, Gamerotica and Facebook etc from the new company would be polite if nothing else, and certainly necessary to dispel any idea of "meet the new boss, same as the old boss"....

@thisisatemp, Yea kind of rude to not send it out to everyone that has been a top contributor to the company for over a decade and a half, and is still only using their version of the product, and I have to hear about it from other people instead. Pretty fucked up since the email is being sent from Thri-xxx itself and not the new owners. So yea, thanks for pissing in my face thri-xxx. D-6 or whoever is sending out this important info I've been waiting to hear something about for over 2 years.

So who do we contact for tech support if our game has trouble, or if the website starts having issues?

Will we still be using the Thri-xxx email address to reach someone? or is this new Hodie company going to give us a new email contact link so we got someone to notify to fix things if or when that happens? We still will need customer support and tech support from someone.

Is @Dirty-Six going to remain here as a moderator or will there be no more moderator? Kind of important stuff we need to know. If my game crashes or the server to log into the game goes down, we would need to be able to email or contact tech support etc... and not just one person on the website. We ALL need that info.

If anyone can provide this info since we didn't get a formal announcement with this important info or email links. Please let us all know.

Totally agree @Briar27 - nature abhors a vacuum and those of us that have stuck with the platform despite broken promise after broken promise have always asked TO JUST BE INFORMED. The new owners need to learn from the mistakes of Thrixxx and fix them- first and foremost, look after the COMMUNITY. We're the ones that can bring in more new users for no marketing spend from word of mouth. You would think business owners would understand that simple premise.

Last I heard, D-6 does not even work for thriXXX anymore...but the Discord Channel is something he started up for the members and checks in from time to time. He just relayed thriXXX's intentions and what they were hoping to accomplish when I got that one email awhile back. No sure if there is someone still around to let us know...but apparently there is someone...since some got this new email.

@thisisatemp, Exactly. It's been all of us who still participate and create here that have kept things going since Thri-xxx began losing their staff members gradually since 2020 at least. While I totally appreciate that Thri-xxx stood by us for a while and kept this site and our access to the game programs active, Everyone of us should have seen an announcement telling us about this new news, This new company needs to give us the basic and required means of contacting them for technical support, even if all they do is buy up companies to make a profit from them as part of a bigger investment. Otherwise they need to sell it to someone who cares about it's customers immediately. We don't need a holdings company. We need someone who cares about the product and its longevity.

@dragonfyre, But why them? No offense but JBRootProd is using VAM now, and hasn't been logging in here nearly as often as you, or me, or @thisisatemp, and many others that have a lot of years into this place, and still remain here on a regular basis. It is fortunate that our good friend @JBRootProd still maintains his friendships and ties to us here so we could receive this new information at all. I find it very rude to exclude those of us who have always stood by THIS version of 3DSV-2 and not some pirate version, as well as made Thri-xxx money through interest generated by all of us to new members and subscribers.

I have been quite angry for a very long time about how I am usually one of the last to know anything going on for many years now, when I put so much time and effort into the product and it's potential to become even more than what it was or could be. I think I have earned the right to feel that way, having been a content creator and a part of the community at its peak, and throughout its gradual decline to what it is now, for over 15 years. I know there are many more like me who have called this place a home away from home for just as long and put in a lot of effort to make this program and the community that uses it as enjoyable and entertaining as possible while providing Thri-xxx with the ability to make money as well as advertise, using our content in the hopes of generating more income and membership to keep it going forward.

So just my thoughts on the matter. Email went out to people under GDPR guidelines. So if you live in the US that is why you probably didn't get it. Hodie seems to be just an imprint of a company owned by 360WEDO whom basically buys and invest in different businesses. It seems they intend on getting into the adult gaming business under the name "Hodie Games" if you read their terms. If they bought this the mean to make money off of it. Through most likely a subscription service.

My thoughts knowing how these businesses work is that they will kill anything that is not going to make them cash. Unfortunately I think they will toss 3D Sex Villa and putt all their resources into Chathouse 3D as financially speaking the subscription model makes more sense there than with the antiquated X-coins model used in 3DSV2.

I could be wrong but these businesses who purchase companies only stay in business due to how they are able to strip any said company of everything except what makes them their return on investment. Unfortunately the users usually have to eat shit for what comes next.

I should also add if you follow the history and money of ThriXXX you will find this is not the first time the company has changed hands. (Got to love public records).

The original owner got pushed out sometime around 2017 based on the records I found. This may explain why suddenly it seemed like 3DSV2 got abandoned because before then they were bleading cash. Whoever took over probably decided to focus on the only thing brining in money.

Like the saying goes. Follow the money folks...I bought some of the annual reports way back when...and man oh man do they give some light on things.
