2 hours a day is much more than taking care of yourself Selena... I am more the "I am walking stairs and dont go elevators" type of person in this point hehehe
Two hours a day it's my choice, not mandatory.
I assumed the private gym, but its more fun this way...lol...well Selena, its obvious that your choice is working very well, u look fantastic...
2 hours of exercise a day and eating nutritiously seems to do your body good. I'm glad you have time to take care of yourself. I have a great workout today!
