The First Time with a New Guy – Reflections on the Boundaries of Submission
Sitting with the girls over coffee during a work break today, the conversation, as usual, turned to men. The topic that sparked the most emotion was... sex. More specifically – should a man perform cunnilingus on a woman during their first encounter? Opinions were divided, and I’m still wondering what I think about it.
One of the girls said it’s nice when a man immediately wants to pleasure a woman – it shows he’s engaged and caring. However, another quickly countered that such behavior could be a sign of submission. “A man who kneels before a woman right away loses her respect as someone who could be a strong partner in the long term,” she said with conviction.
Later in the day, I recalled an article I read on a similar topic. The author argued that sex is a game of dominance and submission, with roles that are dynamic. Eating pussy in the first encounter might be seen as an act of symbolically "submitting" to the woman. If a man is too eager to give up control, it could affect how his masculinity is perceived.
On the other hand, many women – and I think I’m one of them – appreciate men who know how to please their partner, even at the cost of briefly relinquishing control. But does that weaken his position?
Thinking further, a question arises about reversing roles. Maybe a man should first make the woman perform blow jobs on him – as if he were in charge and expecting submission from her. It’s a game where the woman has to “prove” her engagement, and the man remains the strong leader.

Despite these reflections, I can't shake the feeling that we subconsciously judge men based on these simple, instinctive choices. Perhaps it’s about our expectations of partners – we want both tenderness and strength in them. But how do we reconcile these two?
I’m curious about your opinions. Is oral sex during the first encounter an act of care, or a sign that the man is "too soft"? Or maybe it’s the woman who should take the first step so the man can maintain his “position”?

it's a general point of view, because otherwise if a woman don't suck you at first time means she has no interest on you? being dominat or submissive it's not showed by oral sex but on different kind of behaviors

More important is, that you and yours friends having fun. 
oral sex on a date does not identify the type of person in front of you. For example, i like to practice it, whether it's the first, tenth or hundredth date, nothing changes, it's just a question of giving and receiving pleasure, whether you do it or not doesn't define one person's position towards the other.
