Thanks Hobbes. There were so many post on GE, that it was hard to find n answer. I'll still use the old thixxx launcher, and wait to see what they do

I have seen SexVilla2 and PinkVisual are almost identical so I am not sure why Pinkvisual users cannot be transferred with coins and material purchased. Not only, I would also like to transferred sequences and models I created. I refuse to think I should start everything from scratch. Has anyone asked support?

Pink Visual games is a licensed version of 3dsv Which means Thrixxx doesnt make ALL the money from it.
So we still tend to be lower on the totem poll since we are not Offfically a thrixxx product. I sent in a ticket a few days ago and i was told out stuff would transfer eventually.
But for right now its just for the big 3. Kind of crappy since we really didn't know what we bought until it was to late.

Got an answer from Support that looks like different from what you got Hobbes.
"Eventually Pink Visual will be added to our new site and will be accessible through the new launcher.
Pink Visual are our partners; we provide the game software but do not run their website and administration. Memberships to Pink Visual are paid to Pink Visual, not thriXXX. The games are run by two companies, thus they are not exchangeable."
We won't be transferred but pinkvisual will be added to launcher. Just wait -
I just attempted to log in using PinkVisual's launcher and it told me that my account had been merged and to download the thrixxx launcher, so I'm guessing they finally have the ball rolling on merging the platforms.

Well so it sounds like Pink Visual users got screwed losing all their investment of money and time because at this point I can not access the game I paid for.

You should at least give us a update to allow us to bypass the login so we can have our product. Such as play offline.

Update: You have to re-download and re-install PinkVisual Sex Sim, then it will let you log in with your previous credentials.
