11.11. -> The Saint Martins Day. What is typical for many Czechs in this day? The lunch. We are having baked goose, with braised cabbage and typical czech dumpling. Every goose have to swimm well, so we are drinking to it "Saintmartins wine". It is fresh young wine from this year harves, and can be marked like that only if it is made from only from limited, 6 varieties of wine.
