Forest: I wonder what we’re going to find. Spoke to Charlie at the H&T and he said they’d heard nothing of Smokey since the Vienna incident. Tia: I would imagine being well – raped – by Vienna would leave scars on anyone. Perhaps that’s why he’s taken to the pot plants. Forest: They certainly won’t attack him in the way she did but I just don’t see our ex City Governor going into his shell with a trowel and a bag of compost! Tia: You never know what shock will do to people. Forest: I guess not. Now I think I had too much coffee with breakfast so I’m going to stop at the diner for a pee. You want to stop for an early lunch? Tia: Good idea. It would be tight on lunchtime before we get to Bumcrack so that will save a silly rush to get into their restaurant.
